You feel it with every stretch.

Yesterday was Sports Day.

I ran a few laps, chased kids around. Did my best in the obstacle course with a bunch of mostly little first years and came out with a scraped knee. I turned red in the sun, and later last night, when all the teachers got together at nearby hotel restaurant - at least in part - to get drunk, it really confused the new Principal and made for some laughs. "He doesn't drink? What do you mean?! Just look at his face! You're tellin' me he doesn't drink? Can he RIDE that bicycle?!?"

It was the day a Typhoon; a big ol' windbag centered just west of here. We were on the edge, but the river's still runnin' brown and high. The fish jumpin' with their usual inexplicable glee. But there was a fisherman down there, already. I don't know if he was goin' for trees in general or firewood or just a cheap bicycle, but if I was him, I'd be waitin' for the water to be a little less like... chai.

まあ〜 全然かまわない。

It's Laundry Day. It's a free day - an extra day. And Battlestar Galactica is on my mind.

Hey Eric,

I understand completely. BSG is on my mind.. and last night's episode was another good one. Just wanted to let you know I finally caved in and added a blog to this realm.

Enjoy the weekend.

Chris

I have. Twice. :)

And have finally caught up to Season 3. Funny thing struck me the other day. It watches like a good book reads.

-erk.

Most of the time, though I missed the last episode since I was at an anime show and my hotel did not have scifi... blast.

So far, storyline for storyline, I think Babylon 5 is still the better read, though I do love both series :)
